Meet Ren

Ren Navarro is a culture consultant, drinks expert, and the founder of B. Diversity Group. With over 20 years of corporate customer service and management experience and more than a decade in the beer and drinks industry, she has helped organizations—from small, family-run breweries to multinational brands—build cultures people genuinely want to be part of.

What began as honest conversations over pints evolved into Beer. Diversity. in 2018, an advocacy initiative focused on creating space for open, meaningful dialogue. As her work expanded beyond alcohol, Ren launched B. Diversity. in early 2023 to support safer, more inclusive workplaces across industries through policy audits, inclusive hiring systems, value statement development, and authentic community engagement.

Ren brings deep subject-matter expertise to her work. She holds certifications from globally recognized alcohol education programs including Prud’homme, WSET, Cicerone, and AFicioNAdo (alcohol-free certification), and has appeared on national television discussing alcohol history, emerging trends, and the role of strong communities. She has also taught the History of Beer and Brewing at Niagara College, centering both well-known and overlooked histories while intentionally bringing diversity to the forefront of learning.

Whether teaching, advising, or helping organizations navigate complex cultural change, Ren’s mission remains the same: to build workplace cultures that reflect the values people say they believe in—and that actually work for the people inside them.
